NYC Elopement: Julia & Dennis

Julia & Dennis came all the way from Germany to NYC for their first trip to America where they just happened to tie the knot! This was such an amazing experience for us and totally the opportunity of a lifetime to run through New York City snapping pics. Thank you so much to our lovely couple for trusting our vision.

Roswell Mills Elopement: Jasmine & Daniel

When Jasmine contacted me for portraits following her and Daniel's courthouse wedding I was over the moon! Marcus and I got married at the courthouse eight years ago and unfortunately we hadn't been as clever as these two when it came down to commemorating the event *sigh*.  I hope I did them proud !

XOXO,

Aisha

Roswell River Landing: Greg & Von

I feel like I'm forever catching up on the blog but not really catching up -_-. This GORGEOUS wedding was captured in November fresh off of our first Miami wedding. I still have to blog that wedding also :) Greg and Von had Waffle House and a mimosa bar. They will forever be in our hearts for that!

XOXO,

Centennial Park Nashville: Annie & Andrew

This was so perfect guys! So Annie & Andrew are having their wedding in Baltimore this coming September but they live in Nashville  and I thought this was the greatest opportunity to finally shoot an engagement session there! We started at Centennial Park and worked our way over to the "Walking Bridge" for this EPIC city shot. Nashville *Check!*

In Home Session: Michaela & James

I am seriously catching up on my blogging this week! Welcome to Part 1 of Michaela & James' engagement session! With our crazy schedules colliding when we last came into Dallas weall  decided we should split up their session into a super intimate home session this go round followed by something more out of the box when we return in June. I love love LOVEEEEE how these turned out!

XOXO,

Aisha

Garrard Landing: Lauren & Jairus

I haven't blogged in forever but it's totally because this has been the busiest year of our careers! I had to find time to slide this session on here because HOLY LIGHTING! This golden hour session is perfection. Lauren & Jairus brought their model looks and wonderfully matched outfits to slay. Enjoy!

The Real World House Key West: Kelly & Mike

Can I just say one more time that I love Love LOVE capturing destination elopements! Kelly & Mike along with twenty of their closest friends and family flew all the way from NJ to Miami then drove down to The Keys to have the wedding weekend celebration of their dreams. Lucky for me I was chosen to come along! The couple rented out The Real World house in Key West which made the perfect backdrop for fun, colorful and just plain gorgeous pics.  I simply can't get enough of this wedding!

Noah's Fairview, TX: Erika & Fitzgerald

I am in the middle of peak wedding season for us and I still managed to crank out this blog post. WINNING!  Erika & Fitz are New York based but got married at Noah's Event Center in Fairview, TX which was perfect because we love Dallas and have been lucky enough to do weddings there once or twice a year. Being a destination wedding photographer is the best thing ever!

XOXO,

Bandit's Ridge, VA: Monica & Aaron

I have been slowing dying because this Windows 10 update made my computer so ridiculously inoperable. For the last two weeks I've been loading these pics one by one then today they did another update. My world has now been returned to normal. I think I have achieved a new level of patience from this experience. Anyways I love these pics because it was the first time in a long time that we got to shoot 100% natural light. Organic tones are pure awesomeness! Enjoy!

The Darlington House: Brandy & Levar

Elopements are always my favorite types of weddings. Their intimate and heartfelt which usually leads to tears. Tears are GOLD in a wedding photographers portfolio lol. On a serious note, Brandy & Levar's wedding did not disappoint! The moment Levar kneeled down during the ceremony to give their daughter a locket and a promise to love her forever left not a dry eye in the house.  Enjoy!

Le Fais Do Do: Tiffany & Bobby

My second time second shooting was equally as awesome as the first thanks to Matika of Matika Patryce Photography. I had been dying to capture a wedding at this venue, Le Fais Do Do, since the one I had shot previously wasn't a match with my current portfolio. Second shooting is so easy I can't believe it's a real job! I just followed the guys, captured some pretty details and walked around snapping stuff I thought looked cool. I could totally be spoiled if I do this too often :)

Five Star Lodge: Jason & Michael

I've never been to a wedding where I felt like the couple had a genuine love for each and every guest. The sentiment was returned with smiles and tears from everyone through out the evening. It was such a  kick ass party with awesome people, food and drinks. I can't believe we get paid to partake in amazing weddings like this. We just love these guys and wish them all the happiness in the world for years to come :)

XOXO,

Aisha
